Vision Ministries is an energetic and thriving church with multiple locations. We have a campus in the historic Old South End of Toledo, OH and one in Waterville, OH.
We would love to have you join us at one of our gatherings
It’s always nice to have a heads up on what you’re walking into. If you’re planning to join us for a gathering, here are some frequently asked questions that will help you know what to expect.
Mission Statement: Vision Ministries exists to restore vision to the body of Christ by sharing our faith, giving hope to others and spreading the love of God.
Simply put:
-
Faith in Christ
-
Hope to others
-
Love for God
Proverbs 29:1 (KJV) “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.”
1 Corinthians 13:13 (NIV) “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”
What do I do with my children?
You can drop off your kids at the Kids Ministry Check-in. There are signs as well as greeting staff at both locations to help you. We have an amazing team of qualified and safety screened volunteers who would love to serve your family. For any questions please feel free to contact Children’s Pastor Dawn Biery by emailing dawnbiery@hotmail.com.
What should I wear?
Anything you want! We are relaxed around here. From shorts to jeans, T-shirts to ties, it’s all good. There is no dress code at Vision. Show up in what you feel comfortable in and we will be happy to have you.
I hear you say multiple locations. What does that mean?
We are one church in multiple locations. It’s amazing to think that when we gather together on a Sunday morning, the Vision church family is in two different locations represented by hundreds of people worshiping at the same time. Wherever you land, at Toledo or Waterville, you will experience live worship, great teachings and amazing kids’ ministry every weekend. Our Pastoral Staff rotates between the campuses every week. So, at either location it’s possible that you will see Pastor Joshua Hester, Pastor Joy Hester, or Pastor Earl Harris sharing the message in person.
